Here you will find all the essential information, including the event agenda, venue details, accommodation, transportation, useful contacts, and other practical tips. Please check this page regularly, as it will be updated with the latest information whenever needed.
Thursday Evening Party
As tradition goes, we’ll meet on Thursday evening for our annual party!
This year’s theme is inspired by the FIFA World Cup. We encourage everyone to join the fun by wearing a football jersey or any outfit representing your favourite national team or football club. Feel free to get creative—we can’t wait to see your team colours!
Please note that a professional photographer will be capturing the event throughout Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We look forward to seeing you and wish you a fantastic event!
Below you’ll find the key information:
- Indoor activities:
– Swimming pool is open from 10.00 until 21:00. No limits, free of charge.
– Gym is open from 7.00 until 21.00.
– Bowling – 2 lanes available. 90 PLN per lane/hour. Reservations and payment at the Main Reception.
– Billiards – 2 tables available. 50 PLN per table/hour. Reservations and payment at the Main Reception.
– Squash – 70 PLN/hour. Court reservations and payment at the AQUA PARK Reception. - Outdoor activities:
– Tennis – 70 PLN net/hour. Court reservations can be made at the AQUA PARK Reception.
– Bikes – rates vary depending on the day of the week and rental duration. Please check availability, pricing, and make reservations at the Main Reception. Open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
– Water Obstacle Course – 80 PLN/50 min per person. Registration and payment at the Main Reception. Open daily: from 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM
– Sun Loungers on the Beach – 50 PLN. No reservation required. - SPA treatments – they are paid extra and you have too book it in advance.
- Closest shop – 550m
- The parking area is located directly outside the main entrance of Hotel Warszawianka and is free of charge for hotel guests.
