ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION:

Below is a map showing the most important points of our event. Please familiarize yourself with it!
A luggage storage area has been prepared for you near the hotel reception (point 1 – map). You can leave your luggage there safely.
The hotel guarantees rooms will be ready by 3:30 PM, but most rooms should be ready by 2:30 PM.

AGENDA:

September 20, Saturday


11:00 AM – Departure from Warsaw (PKiN)

12:30 PM – 1:00 PM – Welcome + short speech and agenda – Kaflarz room (point 2 – map)

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Lunch – Paśnik Restaurant (point 1 – map)

2:30 PM – 6:00 PM – Teambuilding (Meeting in front of the hotel entrance)
Dresscode: Loose, athletic attire, a tracksuit, appropriate for the weather. Comfortable shoes, preferably ankle-high, are recommended, but not required.
A softshell or windbreaker jacket, or a raincoat, in case of inclement weather, but we’re assuming good weather 🙂

6:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Free time/Attractions:

  • Included:
    – Swimming pool/Gym – map point
    – Tennis court – map point 5 (You can go alone and join another group or assemble a team yourself. Play with your own rackets)
    – Volleyball – map point 4 (You can go alone and join another group or assemble a team yourself)
  • Not included:
    –     Bowling and billiards (Special price with the code „Ensono” – ask at reception 🙂 )
    – Rental bikes

07:30PM – 2:00 AM – Dinner – Kaflarz Room (point 2 – map):

  • 08:30PM – “In the Spotlight”
  • 08:30PM-11:00PM – Casino and photo booth
